Testimonials

Last night I cooked chicken breasts in my oven on a layer of stuffing. 1/2 hr. before the chicken was completely done, I covered it with ZAZ. It was possibly the best chicken I ever had. My husband, not a chicken lover thought it was great. This is the best marinade, dip or mixer I have ever had.
You have created a great addition to us cooks everywhere.
Patsy - Altamont, N.Y.

If I were ever inclined to make my own mustard, I would want it to taste exactly like ZAZ gourmet mustard.
ZAZ is described as "sweet mustard with a kick." It must be that kick that's been making me sneak into the refrigerator at odd hours of the day and night, to eat spoonfuls of mustard.
This is no ordinary mustard - with just the right tart "kick".
It's delicious.

The mustard was a great hit on New Years.
I smoked Pheasant and glazed it first with ZAZ, then served it with the mustard on the side.
The people loved it !!!!!!! The pheasant and the mustard!

We went straight for the "kick and a half"
I loved the sinus clearing qualities! And the flavor is excellent! I can't wait to use it in cooking.
It will go very well with the wonderful foods we have available in the Sacramento area.

We purchased ZAZ on our "wine trip" this summer at Goosewatch and we were very sad when it was gone. ZAZ is a fantastic product and we were very happy to see that we could order it online.

I just love ZAZ! What fun! This weekend we made the greatest sandwiches with your ZAZ which the children loved. Words of "HMMMM", "Oh Mommy, this is the best" start coming from their mouth. Thank you so much for this invention. I'll be ordering again soon.

In June I was visiting my son, and we went on a trip to the Glenora winery. He spotted the ZAZ Sweet Mustard, and insisted on buying one for me. Well, I put some on a ham sandwich. Oh my goodness!!!!! What a neat thing! I thought that when I got back home, I would email you.
It is the best mustard I ever had!!!
I invited my sister over for lunch. She doesn't even like mustard, but she certainly liked yours!

EVEN KIDS ARE GETTING INTO THE PICTURE
Two students of the Phoenicia Elementary 5th grade class, wanting to know if kids would like ZAZ, conducted their own taste test.
"It went well. Eight students like the regular ZAZ and ten liked the regular and ZAZ with a Kick and a Half." When we asked Mr. LaMonda which one he liked, he said, "I like the ZAZ with a Kick and a Half." If you like mustard, YOU'LL LOVE ZAZ.
When asked what the future plans were for these two, they hope that someday they can open a ZAZ business of their own.

I just returned back to Iraq from Rx back home in NY. I went to the 1000 Islands Winery in Alexandria Bay and had the garlic pepper mustard for the first time. My wife has sent me a jar to Iraq and all my coworkers made it disappear fast. I am gathering up orders to have some sent over ASAP. I am going to have to hide a few jars for my own supply, everyone who tries it, loves it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The mess hall food in Iraq is not really that bad, but now with the ZAZ it is easy to turn a dull, flavorless meal into a sensational one.

FROM FLORIDA WITH A SMILE
